How can I get over my cold quickly?
I’ve been sick all week, and I have plans this weekend. I have: chest congestion, sinus congestion, a runny nose, muscle aches, headache, and a little fever and so on. I’ve been taking ecchinacea with goldenseal, drinking lots and lots of tea and organic oj, sleeping, taking hot showers, and so on. Although I’m not big one for taking drugs, I’ve also taken a bit of Mucinex.
I just want to get rid of this and on with my life. What should I do?
I prefer natural remedies. Any of those?
I’ve written this to several people. Guess everyone is getting the flu/cold lately, : / Hope you get better and please try this when you have the chance.

I have killed off many a cold with grapefruit seed extract. It works wonders and on average — taking four times a day — got rid of my cold in two to three days.
