Really annoying, but I need your help!?

I reach the end of a lease and carpet cleaning organized by the cleaning company recommended by the rental agency on the trash and I have already paid a-lot! He came back to clean again. He had a spot of tea on a carpet and some fake tan spray in others, it probably should have gone! If your help that the company used Form No Wet organic dry cleaning better?

I am the landlord and tenants have been horrible. On the one hand, you are responsible for any damage your lease, but in another, it is considered normal wear and tear. We can not wait everything is perfect! Personally, I exstactic that the carpet is still there and so are the walls! LOLOL! You have to go further and make the effort of clean with the company recommended. If they make a fuss about the points I would like to raise this issue. Most likely it will not be very responsible. Believe me, 'm sure they have seen much worse! Besides, I like to push that advice is a little shady, but moving boxes can cover a number of things during tutorial! Good luck!
