Why do i get pimples whenever i eat something sweet like candies, chocolate, cakes or chips?
Ok my skin is flawless since I’m a health nut. I only eat organic food and only drink water. But it bothers me cuz as soon as I eat something sweet I get a pimple and if I wouldn’t eat healthy I would have dimples all over my face. So how come I can’t eat sugar or fatty foods. I have some friends and they can eat whatever they want and their skin is always flawless. Is there any medication I can get? Is my blood sugar too high or Wtf is wrong with me??
You may want to contact your doctor about that. But I do know that eating unhealthy food like that (I’m a health nut too) produces extra oils, which you don’t need because your skin already has a lot of oil. That extra oil clogs pores.
