Is organic unbleached wheat flour the same as WHOLE wheat flour?
No, it is white flour that is made from wheat that is grown organically. Like conventional white flour, the germ is removed. Organic whole wheat flour is flour with the germ still there, just like whole wheat flour from conventionally raised wheat.
