How healthy have I eaten today?
hi 
I’m a health freak and am finding foods that I can incorporate into my diet to make sure I stay really healthy…I am not trying to lose weight! I’m 17
Breakfast- Organic apple jucie w/ no added sugar, 1 banana, 4 large strawberries, and 2 slices of homemade french toast (I use 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tsp organic vanilla w/ no corn syrup in it, 1 egg, 1/4 cup low fat milk, and I dip 100% whole wheat bread in the mix, and I cook it on a pan with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil).
Lunch- Chicken sandwich (1 slice of organic swiss cheese, 3 slices organic cold cut chicken from a brand called Applegate farms, who use no nitrates or nitrites…I know to eat packaged meat sparingly but this is healthier than most of the other brands), 1 banana, 1 small bar of dark chocolate (I heard it’s healthy?), water.
Dinner- None yet, any suggestions?
I’m 5’3″, less than 100 pounds, I’d like to gain like 7 pounds. Thanks!!
