Recipes using CLEARLY ORGANIC brand Cream of Mushroom soup?

Mix 1 cup of wild rice with 1 can of clearly organic cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup water or heavy cream (for a richer and better flavor, but more calories). Add in 1 clove chopped garlic, 1/2 small onion that had been gently sauteed in a touch of oil, and more sliced mushrooms!

Bring to a boil. COVER.
Reduce heat to lowest lowest lowest setting.
Cook for 20-25 mins.

Garnish with parmesan cheese.

Serve with roasted chicken.
