Do you think organic food sold in markets is really organic? How do you even know if their being truthful?
Purchase certified organic foods . The foods are subject to a tracking system from grower to retailer and inspection . Like any manufacturer subject to inspection there could be fraud but they are soon weeded out and closed down or suspended. A grower to get certified takes years and is allowed to sell with the provision that they state that they are in transition.
